We usually go to this great meeting, especially to see Ludders and Atco perform.

Looking at the Japshow Agenda I cannot see their vehicle class.

Has the competition format changed or have I overlooked something?

Jack, you’ve obviously forgotten what was said by Ludders before that the Jap drag series has left Santa Pod.

There are apparently a whole load of rules, issues & politics that I won’t pretend to understand involved, but those competing & actually running the series decided to depart from the venue.

Maybe Ludders or ATCO will reply to explain more eloquently?

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THOSE ON THE GTROC STAND :

    • Please see the club stand map below – not to scale – & the organisers appreciate your cooperation whilst making the journey in to Santa Pod, during your stay and leaving Santa Pod as efficient and problem free as possible.
    • Most club areas are rectangular or square and providing you park on an angle, there should be adequate space. All stands can cater for at least 2 cars deep parked on an angle. Please be advised by GTROC Staff where to position yourself on arrival.
    • Only GTROC show cars – Skylines, Stageas & R35s are permitted on the stand. Your car breaks down, arriving in your Ford run around then you must public park.
    • Please do not block access roads as these are needed by our emergency services on site. If you are seen blocking an access road, you will be asked to move. The organisers also ask that you kindly refrain from moving the barriers.
    • Gates open at 07:00am on Sunday for Club Members. Please have your vehicle hanger on display = coloured side facing out = and your admission ticket ready for scanning to enable quicker access and to prevent traffic congestion.
    • Please ensure that the vehicle hanger is completed with CAR REGISTRATION & MOBILE NUMBER with this information facing outwards so security can see it. Once on your stand, car hangers must remain visible for the duration of the show. Anyone found to be swapping car hangers or without a car hanger visible during the event will be asked park in general parking.
    • The organisers advise that all clubs are to be in place by 09:30am on Sunday and to be considerate when arriving and leaving the venue. Please adhere to the car parking stewards instructions at all times.

    No automatic alt text available.

As you can see the GTROC is parked in the RED ZONE in PLOT 6
