The next Donington Historic Festival in 2021 will be the Festival’s 10th Anniversary.

So to book your place on the GTROC Club Stand here is how to do it :

THE DEADLINE FOR BOOKING IS 1700 HOURS ON SUNDAY 25th APRIL 2021.
DON’T LEAVE IT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE TO ASK FOR THE BOOKING CODE!

To obtain the Clubs booking code then email :

events@gtroc.org

So go to the MSV website on this link :

http://www.msv.com/DHFdisplay

Select ‘GTROC – GTR Owners Club’ from the list shown & click on its name.

If you already have an MSV account then login into it, otherwise create an new account with them.

You’ll then be presented with a page showing the conditions for displaying a vehicle – click the box at the bottom to say that you agree & then you’ll be taken to a page that asks ‘who are you displaying with?

Select ‘With a club’ & then select ‘GTROC – GTR Owners Club’ from the list that appears & press ‘Continue’.

Select the day or days that you wish to attend – Saturday, Sunday or both –  & then press ‘Continue’.

Add the details of the vehicle you will be bringing to GTROC Stand.

IMPORTANT – TICKET SELECTION : the Online Club ordering system will automatically put 1 x combined adult driver entry ticket/display vehicle parking pass for your chosen day or days into your shopping basket before you get to the ticket selection area. This ticket gives entry to both the ‘driver’ & your Nissan Skyline, Stagea or GT-R. So when you get to ticket selection, please only select ‘any passenger entry tickets‘ that you may need.

In the shopping basket you will see any additional tickets you have chosen showing as entry tickets and your combined driver entry ticket/parking pass will show as a vehicle display pass – shown at the price for an entry ticket. The tickets will automatically be discounted by 50% so you don’t need to enter a club code.

And that’s it!

If you’re coming to the event & not bringing a display car, or bringing a display car and want to buy extra passenger entry tickets ‘ONLY AFTER’ you’ve already completed your original purchase. Then please purchase entry tickets using the ‘normal’ booking website:

and enter the GTROC Discount Code at checkout.

It’s all been all over the Clubs FB Page (& in the events section there too) as well as on the FB Group. In fact another post is due this coming Bank Holiday Monday spookily.

If people have purchased their tickets I guess they haven’t put themselves down though our events page on FB states 18 people are going.

GOGHAT will be running the Clubs stand over the weekend too.

Thanks Kris. My car has been in storage (and for sale) for 18 months. If not sold I may well come along. Will be good to get out to a meet again and DHF is a brilliant show.

Same scenario for me, just over 12 months in storage & since I’ve driven it – plus it’s up for sale!

MESSAGE FROM THE ORGANISERS 

We are immensely disappointed and very sorry to have to let you know that, following new Government guidance issued yesterday, which placed a specific ban on spectators at all sport events until 17 May, DHF 2021 will have to run behind closed doors, with only essential personnel attending.

If you’ve already bought your tickets, you will be contacted by Donington Park’s operators, MSV, with options on how to manage your booking – including obtaining refunds. You can read more about this here:
